Cancellation Policy

Appointments MUST be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or your card on file will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00 If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be considered a NO SHOW and your appointment will be cancelled. Your card on file will be charged full price for the cancelled service. NO SHOW appointments will be charged full price of the service booked and it must be paid in order to book a new appointment. The card on file will be charged. If you pay with a card there will be a 3.5% processing fee.
